Brief Description:  avionics wiring

Went to skycraft and determined that the 24awg sheilded wire that I bought yestarday was indeed mil spec 275000 which is specified as the correct mil spec for avionics wiring. I also bought some solder sleeves.

Made up 5 sets of 2 conducter wires to connect to the SL30, PMA 8999b audio panel, and the ICOM A200 radio. I used #20awg black wire to daisy chain the shields together. I used the solder sleeves to attach the daisy chain jumpers to the shields. It worked very well.

I crimped tiny pins onto the 10 wires for com 1 and com2 audio and mic and nav audio. All those will go into connecter J1 on the PMA.

Dick Isherwood came over to help. He brought his Daniels crimping tool and left it with me.
