Brief Description: FPS ground, wiring, LED indicator lights

Rearranged the grounds that connect to the FPS box. Attached the grounds from the two LED indicator lights, the flap indicator, and trim indicator to the left end cell of the panel ground block. I connected that cell to port 3, common ground, on the FPS box using a ring terminal and 20awg wire from the screw on the cell.
