Brief Description: fuseblock, 12v aux, heat control

Drilled and cut holes in the lower baggage bulkhead for the heat control cable, 12 volt aux receptacle and mounting bolts for the master contactor. Installed the master contactor. Installed the lower baggage bulkhead. I still need to tighten a few of the screws that were stubborn.
Had to remove and cut off the top of the plate that supports the fuseblock, to eliminate a conflict with the top portion of the bulkhead.
Installed two of the screws that will attach the main fuseblock. I need to get another screw from skycraft, since I could only find 3.
