Connected the three red wires from the backup battery to one large wire which ran to the aux main fuseblock, using a spade connector.
Attached the two red/white stripe wires, which provide power out from the backup battery to a larger wire using a spade connector. That larger wire is awg 16, white, with red and yellow bands. That wire was attached to the back up battery switch. Another wire from that switch runs to the GRT Sport EFIS backup power connection at pin 2 on the 37 pin connector of the sport.
The large wire from the aux avionics breaker to the aux fuse block failed. I noticed that I was not getting power to the aux avionics fuseblock. In troubleshooting that failure the wire pulled free from the ring connector on its end. I attached another connector to the end of the wire and attached it to the breaker. That fixed the problem and power then became available to the aux avionics fuseblock.
