Brief Description:  wiring

Established a wiring run from the right console down to the gear mount on the starboard side, thru the spar, and aft. Installed adhesive anchors for the wiring. Labeled the strobe power supply wire and installed a female slip on fitting on it. Drilled 3/4 holes in the two seat ribs for passage of the wires. I first used the recommedation of Vans to make the holes smaller, but realized that smaller holes would not contain all the wires that I need to run. Determined to use separate switches for the taxi and landing lights. The diagram of Bob Nuckolls that uses one switch to control both has one power lead from the fuse block for both lights. It seems that if one light burns out causing a short, the fuse would blow making the other light inop. I drilled a hole for another swith on the right console panel. I will use that hole for the wig wag function and use the hole that I had intended for the wig wag for the extra taxi/landing light switch. I need to contact Eric Jones who produces the wig wag module to determine if the on position is opposite the key way. His diagram seems to indicate otherwise. I need that information to determine where do drill the keeper hole for the switch. I also installed the brake lines from the master cylinders to the parking brake. These new lines are teflon and are compatible with DOT4 and DOT 5 brake fluids. Ran the wire from the
