Brief Description:  FPS relay

I recieved the two relays from aircraft extras in the mail today. I installed them in the aircraft and wired both for 12v+ and ground. The Flap relay was also wired from the stick switch. The red and red/blk wires from the stick are the up and down wires which attached to pins 3 and 4 of the flap relay. Pin 1 is ground which was wired to the case of the fps box which is atached to the airframe. Pin 2 is 12v power. I attached a 18 awg wire from the aux fuseblock where I piggybacked it to the airswitch wire connection to the fuseblock. I split the 18 awg wire into two awg 18 wires near the relays and attached one of the split off wires to each relay, flaps and trim.

Made the following connections:

Flap relay
pin 1 - ground
pin 2 -12v power from main aux fuseblock
pin 3 - red/blk wire from stick switch for flaps up
pin 4 - red wire from stick switch for flaps down

Trim relay
pin1 - ground
pin2 -12v power from main aux fuseblock

I also received my order from aircraft spruce today including the two comm antenna, gps power/datat cable and air gizmo mount for the 396. I studied the mounting instructions on the airgizmo mount.
