Attached the vertical stab. Torqued the AN 3 mounting bolts, 9 out of the 10, to 85 inch pds.
One bolt was not completed. The lowsest port side bolt aft is very hard to get to. Getting a wrench on the head of the bolt is very difficult. Once we got the wrench, a crows foot, on the bolt head and got close to the point of torque, the nut moved but the bolt head did not.
Trial fitted the left elevator. The electric trim module is located in that elevator. I cannot get to the blue/white wire of that unit, although I can get to the other 4 wires. I brought the elevator home to work on.
