I installed the horizontal stab. Torqued the four bolts in the forward spar and the four bolts in the rear spar to 85 in pds. Stefan King helped. The forward spar took a good bit of time, probably an hour, because I had to reach under the bolts to hold them in place while Stefan torqued them. To do so I had to reach through the hole in the rear deck, forward then up. Difficult to do.
Stefan was there for about an hour. After he left I torqued the aft four bolts in about 10 minutes because they were simple to get to.
I used wire ties to secure the wires to the remote mangometers on the rear deck shelf, and secured the shelf with plastic nuts.
I finished installing the nut plate for the drop down tray that holds the flap positioning system box and associated wiring. I was alone when I bucked the rivets that secure the nutplate, it is ugly but works.
