Worked on the attachment of the horizontal and vertical stabalizers.
Spent a lot of this time studying the plans and understanding the attachement details.
Drilled the holes in the portion of the vertical stab that rivets to the stab and screws into the horizontal stab. There is a missing spacer that I will have to make from 1/8 sheet that goes between the horizontal stab and the vertical stab.
We realized that it will be difficult to reach the heads of the bolts that will attach both the horizontal stab forward spar and the vertical stab rear spar. Determined that a crows foot would be needed. I stopped at an auto parts store on the way home and bought one.
Also realized that I will have to order hardware for the attachment. AN365 1032 nuts especially as well as An3-7 bolts.
