Brief Description: finished the metal work on the panel
Finished drilling holes in the panel...the big red light hole, two switches, three circuit breaker holes and the four holes for the clock mounting. I forgot to consider the level of the lettering on the face of the clock when I marked the hole positions. The result is that the letters are just a bit slanted.
Drilled on the last angle for the radio stack. Countersunk the holes on the front of the panel to mount the large angle pieces for the radio stack.
The panel is now ready to have the angle pieces riveted on and the radio stack installed in its hole.
While using a deburring tool to open the big red light hole from 1/2 to 9/16, I sliced the index finger on my left hand with the deburring tool. The cut is about 1 1/4 inches long but will not require stitches.
