Brief Description:  Panel layout

I finished laying out the panel tonight. I used a sharpie to mark the lines where the panel should be cut.

The bottom inch or so is reserved for switches and breakers which have not yet been fully decided upon. Other than that the layout is complete. I used a punch to mark the corners of the three rectangular areas for the radio stack, EFIS-396, and EIS. I also marked the circular areas for the GT50 clock 2.25 in hole and the 3.25 in hole for the Dyon 6. I marked the location of the 9/16 in hole for the big red light.

Unpacked the SL30, ICOM200, GRT 327 and audio panel. I stacked them up in their trays to see how they lined up. I may wait till Dick Isherwood is available, probably next Tuesday, to work with the radio stack.

Too bad that I no longer have access to the machine shop at Votech :(
