Installed the EGT monitors on each of the 4 cylinders. Labeled the CHT and EGT sensors for each sensor and tie wrapped them together leading aft on the engine.
Installed the alternator belt. I had to trim off a piece of the baffle ramp support to allow the alternator to move freely for adjustment.
Removed the manifold from the firewall. I will need to make a 1/4 in spacer to have it stand off the firewall to allow fittings on the side ports.
Installed oil hoses and fittings. Installed the fittings on the mechanical fuel pump as well as the hose that runs from the pump to the firewall. Used fuel lub on all hose connections that were installed tonight.
Installed the fuel senser hose with the restrictor fitting which runs from the T fitting on the mechanical fuel pump to the manifold to sense fuel pressure.
Removed the Emag and Pmag to return for the latest firmware update.
Dick Isherwood arrived about 6pm and stayed until about 11pm. We got a lot done tonight.
