I worked on the installation of the remaining skybolt fasteners for the top cowl. I noticed a couple of issues. The holes that skybolt advised to drill on the metal flange is larter than necessary. That affects edge clearance between the main hole and the rivet hole. In several places the edges of the holes touch each other. On the starboard side the bottom fastener position of the top cowl, the holes actually overlap by about half of the rivet hole. I think I will replace the flange there and drill another hole for the fastener.
