Brief Description:  refit rubber seals around front

I had made the seals around the front of the engine out of two pieces. This caused the seal to be too rigid on the "corners". I split the seals in each of the two corners and istalled a piece behind the split. That required that I drill out and replace a few pop rivets.

The cowling top fits better now.

I also researched the method of attaching the baffle flanges from front to back on the bottom of the engine. The orginal method recommended by Vans was to use safety wire. That has changed and new baffle kits include metal rods that you have to make threads in with a die.
