Brief Description: inlets and front front bulkheads
Came home early from a weekend at the beach and worked on the baffles. Earlier today I visited Bill Near at his hangar at PIE. I looked at the baffle ramps of his airplane to determine how to attach the side pieces to the left intake ramp (viewed from the front).
Finished drilling and riveting the inlet ramps to the forward side bulkheads. Made the pieces for the inlet ramp and riveted them on. I had to make the 10sf piece 3 times.
Determined placement, roughly, of the forward bulkhead (part 11) that attaches to starboard inlet ramp ( part 10).
Dick Isherwood stopped by and worked a couple of hours with me until 9pm when I took a break to watch "The Pacfic" on HBO.
Bent part F11A and drilled and riveted it to part 10 ramp.
