Brief Description: installed hinges on lower cowl at firewall
Removed upper and lower cowls. Removed hinges that had been drilled and clecoed in place on the top cowl along the cowl split and on the bottom cowl at the firewall. Countersunk the fiberglass to receive an3 flush rivets.
Deburred hinges. Drilled 1/4 in holes in all 4 of the hinges. Used MA 310 adhesive from Jamestown along with rivets to attach the hinges. I used the pneumatic squeezer I borrowed from Dick Isherwood to squeeze the an 3-4.5 rivets.
