Jeremy is still in town working as a tech rep for Kelly Aerospace. We met for breakfast mid morning then worked on the project until time for dinner. It took all day to finally get the mixture control to go from stop to stop.
We removed the quandrant, took the mixture lever out and drilled a hole higher on the arm. We also relieved the aft side of the lever where it contacted the end of ths slot. The combination of those two things allowed us to adjust the mixture cable to just barely get full throw at the fuel servo end.
The throttle would not get full throw at the servo end although the lever in the cockpit did got to full throw.
