Called Vetterman exhaust today and spoke with Clint. Larry is out for the week. Clint says that the 8A should have an exhaust that is specially made with tailpipes that are 1 3/4 diameter instead of 2 in because it is a very tight fit at the cooling ramp with 2 in exhaust pipes. I will call back next week to get a price from Larry, which Clint expects to be around $800.
Emailed Craig Catto to let him know that I am ready for the propeller.
Called Skybolt and ordered the special tools that I will need to install the fasteners. Cost is $32.
Installed the second spring on the roll trim. Worked on the linkage problem with no sucess in fixing it. Lowered and raised both attach points for the control column mount, adjusted the length of the pushrods, no joy.
