Brief Description: landing gear, mail axle safety wire hole
I purchased two 1/8 cobalt bits from Ace hardware. The first one was useless and did not bite when I used it to attempt to drill the final safety wire hole in the main axle. I tried the second one and it worked great.
Both main gear axles have now been drilled for safety wire after the preload was set on each. The preload was determined to be the point at which the tire would rotate 3 revolutions when spun by hand.
Did a couple of hours of reseach on battery cable connecitons, sizes, etc as well as the alternator hookup. I did not count those reseach hours.
