Epoxied and riveted hidden hinge to the cowl and metal access door. Added metal stiffeners to the inside of the cowl where the Skybolt recepticles are riveted for added strength. The overall fit is pretty good, I need to do some fiberglass work to straighten up the premolded recess in the cowl on one side of the door.
