Fiddled some more with the fit of the canopy to the front skin. Made several shims and am about 95% happy with the fit. I know when I rivet on the skins that everything will change again though... I also laid out the rivet pattern on the side skins, drilled the holes, and the skins to the weldment. I am not following the instructions on this (uh oh...). They would have you tape down the canopy and drill it to the frame first, then fit the side skins. I think it makes more sense to use the cleco'd on side skins to hold the canopy in place, and use them as the guide to drill through the canopy. We'll see how this works.
