Made the 'big cut'. Secured the canopy with 2x4's and blocks attached to an old door blank to hold the canopy in position. I was motivated to make the cut early this morning, because the temp was 78 degrees first thing, but a cold front moved in mid afternoon and the temp quickly dropped to 60. The cut went well. I cleaned up all the edges and moved the canopy to the workshop.
