Used the supplied Skybolt jig to drill the attach holes for the recepticles, then countersunk the holes.Installed the cowl and drilled every other hole. I wanted to drill in assembly so the unibit would have the .050 aluminum underneath as a guide, instead of just the thin fiberglas. Then I took the cowl and attach strips off the plane, cleco'd the strips back on the cowl and used C clamps to clamp the strips tightly. Removed the cleco's and drilled the remaining holes. Took everything apart AGAIN, and drilled the large holes in the strips to their final size.
