Brief Description: Fitting RH acryl door to doorframe
Temporarely hotglued the door into the doorframe using spacers. Started with cutting the RH acryl door to a rough shape. Clamped the acryl to the door and indicated the lines where to cut. Then I cut the acryl with an angle grinder. After a few times fitting and sanding the acryl was made to a perfect fit. Then drilled the holes for the SS screws.Once the fuselage is covered and painted the hinges will be installed and door installed.
