Brief Description: Laying out rudder pedal mount bolt holes
Based on prior fittings, it appears that my rudder torque tubes are too long to allow the torque tube mounts to be centered over the 'metal channel' mentioned in step 15. I'll need to shorten the rudder pedal torque tube assembly by about 0.17" in order to get the mounting bolts centered nicely through the metal channedls. Since the pulleys line up nicely with the rudder cable holes and adjustment handles, I'll probably take the 0.17" off the rudder pedal end of the assembly.
After this is done, the front floorboard will be match-drilled through the holes in the mounting brackets.
