Assembled and riveted the horizontal stabilizer after the cortex coating dried. Note: Use a plastic drop cloth or hang the primed parts on and DO NOT lay on paper! The paper sticks to the finish and has to be redone. The L-Angles on the aft part of the tip ribs are in the wrong location in these photos. They should be install on the forward side of the aft spar. The holes left after I correct this will be used as 2 of the holes to install the tip extensions.
