Drilled and deburred pilot holes in the flap skins at the rib locations. Deburred all flap ribs and drew center lines on all the flanges of the ribs. Lined the pilot holes in the flap skins up with the center lines of the rib flanges and drilled matching pilot holes for the ribs. Shimed the flap hinges to the correct position in relation to the flap skins and drilled matched pilot holes into the skins using the predrilled pilot holes in the hinges as a guide. Updrilled and deburred all pilot holes and reassembled and riveted. Ready to move on to the Ailerons.
