Brief Description: Measured, marked, and drilled rivet holes for Rudd
|

Measured, marked, and drilled pilot holes (#40) on rudder skin, and then deburred. Marked center line on rudder ribs and control horn and placed into position ( center line align with rudder skin pilot holes ). Drilled through rudder skin pilot holes to form matched pilot holes for ribs and control horn. Aligned rudder hinge to rudder, and starting at center rib and working towards the ends drilled through hinge pilot holes and into rudder skin to form matching pilot holes. Once all pilot holes were drilled I took everything apart and deburred. Cleco rudder parts back together and updrilled (#30) to final hole size. Took all rudder components apart and did final cleaning and deburring, then cleco parts back together again. Ready to rivet.
