Located parts for Rudder Control Horn and cleaned/ deburred using a die grinder with scotch-brite pads. Drilled pilot holes in Drive Horn and deburred. Marked bend location on Drive Horn, and used arbor press to make 5.2 degree bend.Used die grinder to put 1/16" chamfer (bottom side only) on Drive Horn. Cleco-ed parts together to check fit---Good Fit. Separated parts and updrilled rivet holes to #30, Deburred and did a final check and cleaning of parts. Cleco-ed the parts together to check fit once again----Good Fit. Ready to rivet.
