Brief Description: Deburring Turtledeck Formers
|

Deburred the edges of Turtledeck Formers SNX-F20-1L, 1R, 2L, 2R, 3L, 4L, 4R, 5. All formers were marked with blue pen on the flanges for later hole location. The turtledeck skins, skin splice channel, & forward & aft clips for the skin splice channel were deburred. A centerline mark was made on the splice channel and used to line up the channel to the turtledeck skins ( left over right with edge of splice channel even with edge of right skin ). Pilot drilled & updrilled holes in the splice channel using the pre-drilled holes of the skins and the centerline of the splice channel as a guide. Disassembled, deburred, cleaned, reassembled, & riveted.
