Brief Description: Aft Fuselage Shear Web, Lower Skin, and Misc.
Made the aft & forward lower mount angles from 2" x 2"x 1/8" thick 6061-T6 aluminum angle extrusion and bent to 95 degrees. Assembled the aft shear web and seatbelt mounts and updrilled, then disassembled, deburred, reassembled, and riveted. Pilot drilled aft & forward lower mount angles to bulkhead after bulkhead was cleco'd and squared to aft fuselage sides with angles butted up against it and clamped to longerons. Updrilled, disassembled, deburred bulkhead and angles and reassembled and riveted. The horizontal channels were installed and cleco'd to the vertical channels and the bottom skin was then cleco'd to the horizontal channels using the pre-existing pilot holes. Verified everything was square then secured the bottom skin to the bottom longerons and side skin with tape. Ready to verify alignment and pilot drill bottom skin to bottom longerons using pre-existing pilot holes in bottom skin.
