14-5: Step 1: Apply protective tape to R-Wing Step bars. Step 2: Cleco ribs to R-Wing Spar Step 3:Rivet forward rib flanges to R-Wing Spar (rivet gun and tungsten bucking bar). Rivet forward hole in forward tabs of the seven inboard ribs (Tatco squeezer) Step 4: Removed protective tape.
