Today I prepped the 3rd right wing skin for dimpling by removing the PVC from both sides, deburing the holes, trimming the edges to proper length, deburing the edges and edge-rolling the edges that are on top of an overlap. I then dimpled all of the #30 holes before going out and snowmobiling with the kids.
