Today I started forming the curve into the tank bay stiffeners. This is done by clamping the stiffeners onto one end of the jig. Then heat the stiffener using a propane torch. The stiffener will naturally bend to the contour of the jig once it's warm. When the entire stiffener is touching the jig, clamp the other end to ensure correct form while cooling.
