Today I built the aileron cable retainer clips. I began by cutting two strips of 0.32" AL. Then riveting them together to make an "L". Next I drilled a 1/4" hole in the middle of the intersection. I then installed it onto the pulley and marked the bend lines and taking them off again to bend with a hand seamer. Finally, I marked the other hole location and drilled it. Now I just need to order bolts that are long enough to install them! The longest -4 bolts I have are AN4-24 and I need AN4-27 to install the pulleys and the bell crank as well. I sure with Ace Hardware or Home Depot had AN grade hardware!
