Today I began by drilling the attach angles that will attach the false spars to the ribs. I went to install the false spars and notice a tiny tiny crack in the bend of one of the false spars. I then very closely inspected the other false spar and found another tiny crack in that one. AAAARRRRGGGHHH. Another setback. I'll have to order more aluminum and recut/bend them. I know what I did wrong; I did not have a shoe covering the bending surface to give a greater radius. I won't make that mistake again!
I then moved on to installing the flap drive arms and the flap springs.
