Brief Description:  Move post and hand both wings in jig.

Today I was bitten by another item that I should have seen coming. BTW, I've since fixed my problem by studying the plans first, coming up with a plan of action and THEN consulting the manuals and CD for reference. ANYWAY, when I went to hang the right wing in the jig, it wouldn't fit. My angles were too close together by about an inch. I realized that I had set the interior of the posts 170" apart but I needed at least 167.5" to get the wings in the jig...subtracting the 1.5" from each angle iron and that only left me 167". My left wing had fit because the post had flexed to allow it to fit but when I went to hang the righ wing, it was too close.

All that to be said that I took the left wing out of the jig, moved a post back by 1.5" and then inserted both wings into the jig. They both now fit pretty well although my left wing is now pretty close to being too far apart, it should be OK.
