Tonight I finished drilling the rear aileron ribs to the spar attach angles. It's now time to place a 90 degree bend in the aileron nose skins. Rather than go to my brother-in-law's work, I decided to give my home-made brake another chance. Last time I tried to use it, I was attempting to bend .032" spars. It wasn't strong enough. This time it is much shorter and thinner (.020"). I attached it to the bench. I'll give it a shot next time.
