Brief Description: cut out nose ribs; polish/debur nose rib

Finished cutting out all of the nose ribs. I used an air sheers for rough cutting and then a duck bill tin snips to finish the job. Here's the pile of carnage after it's all done.

48 cut nose ribs (2 extra just in case)
