Today was my Christmas present from Tija...a full day of work on the plane. I began by deburring all of the attach angles. Then bent them all to 90 degrees. I then made a jig to predrill the holes for the stiffeners and attach angles. I finished drilling/deburring all of the nose stiffeners.
