Well, after taking time off for Oshkosh. Then taking 5 weeks to build a monster, multilevel, raised patio; I'm back at it and fired up! Yesterday and today I cleaned the shop and begun the lightening hole flanging process. Someone on the Bearhawk list suggested using a product called Boelube for flanging...it works great and it cleans up much easier than canning wax. So far, all of the right flap, aileron, and back rib holes are flanged. Today I started on the left side.
