Jeff offered a flight in 19GS! I was to meet him at 5:30. What a great thrill to fly in the prototype! She climbs at over 1000 feet per minute starting at 5000 feet here in Prescott when it was 85 out with 2 big guys and full fuel. We were climing at 120 mph indicated, rather than 95 as Jeff said Siers usually did. You bet she would have gone up faster at 95, but it is nice to have a view ahead. Jeff gave the controls to me and I flew for about 45 minutes. The plane is nothing short of awesome in its handling! Sorry, but it makes Cessna's and Pipers look like nothing at all. Rather like a Ferrari of the skys! Jeff has said he will let me fly her more to get fully preparred for the maiden flight of mine. This makes all the work worth it.
