I did the light panel again as it tended to warp as a single piece. It was enlarged .020" around the outer edge. I then made a duplicate piece with .060" larger holes for the switches and a .010" smaller outer edge out of 1/32" plywood. Both the new front and the new plywood rear were cut on my laser system and glued togther with T-88 Epoxy. MEK thinned epoxy was used to seal the back of the assembly.
