I completed a pattern for the new windsheild. The original plexiglass unit did not fit well and cracked. The new unit is being made from cold bent lexan. It is slow, but is working to make a quality windsheild that fits. Years ago Jackie Yoder built his this was. I cut the unit out flat and then began fastening it with screws every 3 or less inches across the main bow and at several spots along the bottom edge of the windsheild. When it is done I will remove it and glue it in place with T-88 epoxy with the screws to hold it while the glue sets.
