I finished the pattern for the plywood and cut and installed the 2 pieces to the cowl. That line hides 7.5 hours of work! Added to the cowl are 2 access panel locations like Bill Buethe had on his airplane for over 20 years. I also added 7 .4" holes per side above the boxes I previously added for the defroster system. The center seaming remains as does alot of other work to fit winsheild and finish the interior portion of the cowl. The access panel work also has to be completed. All installation was performed with T-88 Epoxy to glue the panels in place. Thinned epoxy was used inside and out to seall all wood surfaces.
