Brief Description: Passenger Exterior Door Plywood
I fashioned a pattern for the pilot exterior door plywood from gray chipboard. I found that to make the part from the plywood in one piece reuired the bottom door portion to be cut vertically on centerline. The plywood was cut out and glued in place with T-88 epoxy. Lots of clamps and tape was used to hold the plywood in place until the glue cured.
