I added shrouds to the ailerons quite a long time ago. However, one small section was damaged. These are made from 1/64" plywood oriented as shown in the photo. The top one is 1.5" wide. This is the section that is now mostly fixed. It overlaps the rear edge of the wing by 1/2" and is glued in place with T-88 epoxy. The joints between sections are scarf joints. I will use fabric and flexible paint to blend these into the wing better later on. That will also add the necessary strength to finish them off. The underside edge will get teflon tape covering where it can touch the aileron.
