There are 2 bolts and 2 nuts that are exposed under the horizontal stabilizer. They just add to the drag and detract a bit from the looks of the aircraft. I drew up parts for fairings in CAd and output a couple file to my laser-cutter to make the parts for these fairings. They were glued with T-88 Epoxy and cured at 200 degrees in an oven for 15 minutes. They were then sanded to shape while watching TV. The nut version is substantially taller and shorter than the bolt head version.
