Brief Description:  Brake Plumbing

We found that there was not enough room for the initial design of the plumbing for the new master cyclinders for the toe brakes. If you build the setup found on the Barracuda web site the only viable solution is to have a remote master cylinder tanl on the engine side of the firewall with the filler lines to the master cylinder run on the cabin side of the firewall. These fillers need to point left at about a 20 degree angle to the firewall for the left master cylinder and the exact opposite for the right master cylinder. The hoses are then routed from these points in a curve to the fillers on the tops of the respective master cylinders. Their fillers must also point left for the left master cylinder and right for the right unit. Why? There is only about 3" of usable space behind the installed master cylinders and hence no room for another way to attach to these points. We figured this out and ordered way too many fittings to give us all options when they arruved on Thursday.
