I removed the right tank from the aircraft. I then disassembled the back of the tank and proceeded to modify the 3 inner baffles to correct a .125" error in the center of the tank. A very long job, but worth it. I also drilled the mount holes for the tank mounting brackets and installed bulkhead fittings for the fuel line and the vent line. The tank drain assembly was added to the tank at this time. The base of it was created from a CAD file I made ages ago. The drain is the normal commercial item.
